Shipping Method


At Bohemianzeal we offer worldwide shipping and work closely with local carriers. After processing your order with our local manufacturing partners, we will ship your order with Express Registered postal  services. 


Shipping in America

Within America, you'll get your order between 1 and 3 business days after it is processed.

Shipping in Europe

Within Europe, you'll get your order between 3 and 7 business days depending on your specific location. 


Shipping outside Europe

Outside of Europe, you'll get your order between 7 and 29 business days depending on your specific location.

Shipping Times Disclaimer


Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only, and are based on the dispatch time. Bohemianzeal cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country

The current global epidemic affected both local manufacturing partners and carriers, so unexpected delays may occur while processing or shipping your order. Orders outside Europe may be especially impacted by this.


Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should return your item to the address provided in the original packaging. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Money-Back Guarantee

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund does not arrive at the expected time, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your bank statement.
